Every phase of Cavarosa reflects our commitment to thoughtful planning, structural excellence, and lasting quality, creating a development designed to stand the test of time by the sea.

Roy Mendieta, Project Manager at MARAZUL, shares the latest construction milestones and what's ahead as the project enters the new year.

Key milestones planned for January 2026

1. Structural Foundation Caps

  • Construction of the structural caps at Level -350 and portions of Level -300, essential components that connect the building's foundations to its upper structure and provide long-term stability.

2. Slab at Level -350

  • Concrete pouring for the slab that will reinforce the project's foundation and establish the platform from which the building's visible structure will begin to take shape.

3. Water Storage Tank

  • Continued construction of this essential infrastructure, designed to support the project's long-term operation and reliable water supply.

Latest construction updates

  • Structural work: 12% complete.

  • Water storage tank: 61% complete.

  • Foundations (Slabs at levels -350 and -300): 17% complete.

Why this progress matters

January marks the official start of a major new phase: concrete structural construction.

As the project moves beyond site preparation, Cavarosa is steadily taking shape, supported by a solid and carefully engineered foundation.

Every completed phase brings the development closer to its next milestone, reflecting a disciplined construction process guided by strict technical and quality standards.
