Explore Bioma's latest construction progress in Costa del Este, Panama, including structural milestones, completed retaining walls, and ongoing interior works.

Bioma continues to rise in Costa del Este.
What began as an architectural vision is becoming increasingly tangible, as new levels take shape and interior spaces begin to emerge.
Recent progress marks a new phase in the project's development. Structural work continues to advance, while multiple construction activities are now taking place simultaneously.
Structural Works: 30% of the project's structural construction has been completed.
Retaining Walls: 100% completed.
Floor Slabs: Concrete pouring has been completed on levels 000 and 100, while reinforcement work is beginning on levels 200 and 300.
Columns and Structural Walls: Work on the tower's columns continues, and the podium's structural walls have been completed.
Interior Walls: 18% completion on level N-500 and 5% on level N-400.
Building Systems: Electrical and plumbing installations are progressing alongside the development of interior spaces.
There is a difference between watching a building rise and beginning to recognize the spaces that will define it.
At Bioma, both are now happening. As the structure reaches new heights, initial interior works are paving the way for the layout and definition of its different environments.
This is a defining stage in which architecture begins its transition from drawings and plans into an increasingly tangible reality.
